What if I am not satisfied with Contoured Lines Sip and Paint?

Contoured Lines Sip and Paint strives to provide an exceptional painting experience from initial reservation concerns through the actual painting event. Should we not perform at such standards please bring it to our attention as soon as the experience becomes un-pleasurable. CLP Staff is equip to resolve all matters expeditiously. As every painting experience will vary; we at CLP will work with the host of the event to resolve any concerns tactfully.  Refunds are accessed on a case by case basis.

What should I know prior to booking a Sip & Paint Party?

Deposit due upon receipt of an invoice from CLP in order to reserve a Party date.

Reservations requests require a 3-week minimum notice. Limited quick turnaround options available - with full payment.

 

CLP does not allow payments during Paint Party.

​

Full payment required within 2 weeks of the scheduled party. 

​

Payment is nonrefundable once within 2 week of the scheduled party date.

 

One (1) date change allowed if made outside of 1 month of the originally scheduled party. 

 

Deposit is non-refundable once the draft painting acknowledgment email has been sent to the requestor.

 

$50 deposit is applied towards the total cost of the party.

 

Deposit covers the Artist drafting, supply fees, and holds reservation date.

 

Deposits are transferable to a new date if a new date request is made outside of 1 month of the originally scheduled party.

Party theme and Painting request required at the time of request form submission.

 

First Draft of painting selection will be made available via email within 72hrs of deposit and information sheet receipt. Holidays not included.

​

Final Draft acceptance required within 3 weeks of the Party date.

​

Party group size must be confirmed at the time of request form submission to ensure accurate pricing.

​

No decrease in party size adjustments once paid in full/within 3 weeks of party date.

​

Only two painting changes allowed during the drafting stage. Once painting selection agreed upon no additional changes allowed.

Parties are 2.5hr paint blocks maximum. Hookah Parties are 3.5hr blocks maximum.

 

Parties will start promptly; any delays will shorten your party experience.

Party location address required at the time of deposit. CLP reserves the right to refuse party location if safety is of concern.

Party locations must be ground floor only unless elevators are available. CLP reserves the right to refuse party location if safety is of concern.

​

CLP will not rearrange furnisher within the host location. The Party areas must be free of household items prior to CLP arrival and provide adequate walking space for staff.

 

No Travel fee if less than 20 miles of 34761.

Travel costs, if applicable must be paid at the time of deposit. If the party is canceled within the appropriate cancellation window; travel costs are reimbursable.

 

Party requests further than 20 miles of 34761 are only available on Fridays and Saturdays.


Party requests further than 20 miles of 34761 are only available for party size of 10 or more.

CLP encourages all painters to Sip responsibly.

CLP requires 30 minutes of pre and post-party setup/cleanup.
